iLabX: The Virtual Internet Laboratory
- TUMonline

- this course is open to students from European universities as part of the EuroTeQ program
- mutually exclusive with the iLab1/2 (i.e., you can take either iLab1/2 or the iLabX during your studies)
- fully remote block course taking place at the end of the semester (vacation period)
- first phase: 6 week online course (flexible)
- grade consists of performance in lab (teams of two) and two individually graded remotely supervised attestations
- second phase: ~4 weeks with live online lectures and practical work in teams of two (full time)
- the lab environment is contained in a VM running on your PC
- preliminary dates:

- online course phase: from 2027-01-18 to 2027-02-22
- lab phase: from 2027-03-01 to 2027-04-05

Pre-course meeting
The pre-course meeting for all courses takes place on Wednesday, July 8th 2026, 10:00 - 12:00 in FMI HS 2 If you missed it, you can find the slides here
